You will need your Landline ID and the number of minutes you wish to purchase. The form is designed to prefill recommended minutes based on your usage, making the process quick and easy.
Once your request is submitted, our accounts team will generate and send you an invoice based on your selected minutes. This ensures accurate billing before any top-up is applied.
Your landline will be topped up promptly after payment has been received and confirmed. In most cases, this is done the same day during business hours to avoid any service interruptions
